Tell me about it. We were opening all of the gifts the day before Christmas break and I had to act as if I was SO excited! He wanted me to taste them and I struggled for the proper response... "Spencer, these are my special Christmas Eve cookies! Thank you!" Poor guy. He had no clue!

I did make the headband! I am really into making bows and ponytail holders right now. I have even made some for adult women (mostly to match whatever football team they like.) So fun!! The dress is completely handmade. I hope she has another opportunity to wear it this year! The photographer is a friend of mine, from a MOMS group. I took a bunch of my own pics also, but will wait until after Thanksgiving to put them up.

My friend's baby was born at 26 weeks and now is a healthy 1 1/2 year old. How could someone do that? I know Obama is for partial-birth abortions and last week, he was in our town (well 20 miles away in Lebanon, VA) and I wanted to go and chase him out of town.

Tissue please!! I will never understand how someone can take an unborn child's life at 8 weeks old (when most pro-choice and pro-abortion activists say it's not even a human yet) let alone at 6 months old! There is something not right in the head/heart with someone who could do that! Thanks for sharing!

I'm so glad your sweet princess is sleeping so well for you. My friend has a son named Aiden also, and she told me today that Aiden means "Fiery" in Irish. I thought it was funny since Aiden seems to like Firemen so much!! Coincidence? Hmmm.... Hope all is well and Madison's tummy is better.

Congratulations! I'm glad you finally have a little girl to add to your family. All the ribbons and bows, pink and purple have got to be a change! :) She looks beautiful and is so lucky to have TWO big brothers to watch out for her.
