Happy 2010!!! We hope everyone had a safe and happy new year holiday!! We spent 4 days at the beach house with the Baker Fam. The boys had so much fun running around with their cousins and soaking up all the family time.
Maddox is getting excited for his birthday next month. We are planning a Narnia themed party (his fave movie) and will also be taking a trip up north to Great Wolf Lodge! Turning 6 will be so much fun!!
Sean passed his first round of swim classes and starts his new classes tomorrow. He asks every day when it is his turn to go to school like Bubba.
I hope you like the new pics ... they are from our weekend on the coast. My little point and shoot camera captured some great shots!! Tis the season for all the busy-ness!! Hi Everyone! Maddox has been doing great in kindergarten this year! His teacher says that he is such a pleasure to have in class, and his first report card came back with all positives grades!! Bubba will be turning 6 years old in about a month and a half! He is very analytical and his little mind is always racing! He has questions galore and a memory that never forgets!
Mr. Sean just passed his first session of swim classes! He is a little fish in the water and doesn't show a lot of fear. He felt like such a big boy being in his own class with his own friends. As much as he loves his big brother, it makes him feel so much bigger to have something of his own. We just got Sean on the wait list for Fall preschool next year. He is so ready!!
The boys have been enjoying the holiday season ... we have been having fun with Elf On A Shelf this year, and the boys made their annual gingerbread house with Nana. We visited Santa Claus and have been making movie nights with all the Christmas specials on TV. The boys also wrote Christmas letters to Santa and received emails from the big guy up North in return! Oh how excited they were!

Our December is off to a chilly start (in the 20's and 30's), but that's not slowing us down! We have been out and about enjoying local festivities, such as the Oregon Zoo Lights and Christmas Bazaars around town. The boys are getting so exciting for Santa to visit!! Happy Fall!! The boys had a fun Halloween this year! Teen Titan Robin (formerly Batman's sidekick) and Sir Peter from The Chronicles of Narnia had fun trick-or-treating with Cousins Luke (SpiderMan) and Natalie (Lady Bug).
The boys love helping Papa rake up all the leaves and still love their adventure walks in between rain showers! We are looking forward to the holiday season and hope everyone is enjoying the cooler weather! We have been a very busy family this month!! We just got back from a week in southern California! We enjoyed the hot weather and some time in Disney Land, too! We came back home on Sean's birthday and celebrated with a pizza dinner. We also went to Lee Farms this weekend for our annual Baker Family pumpkin patch trip. So busy and so much fun!
The boys are trying to get over their colds that they got just before we left for our vacation last week, and Maddox is excited to get back to school!!
On an unfortunate note, I am now having to password protect our site. Due to some random, unwanted visitors who can not seem to be respectful of our family's website, I need to set our site to private.
