5.19.12: Today was my Bowling Banquet; our season ran from September 2011 - April 2012. This was my first year bowling but I really enjoyed it. I ended up with a game high of 93 points. I was in the Bronze Division and I made some new friends in the process. In the end I got my own ball and a bag. I was really excited to officially look the part.  I look forward to returning next season. Below is a picture of me and my trophy and ribbon. I also got a little bit of money.

4.21.12: Today was one of the coolest days ever. We went to the White House for the 2012 Spring Garden Tour. We didn't know what to expect but we knew this was an opportunity of a life time.  We were scheduled for the 1:30 tour so we left bowling early so we would be on time. We got past all the security check points and we were on the White House grounds. This was a self guided tour so they gave us booklets when we got in. They had a numbered map and it told you what each thing was by number. I was our tour guide and we went to each number mostly in order. We saw the Rose Garden, the Breezeway, the front lawn where the Air Force 1 takes off and lands. Best of all we got to see Sasha and Malia's play set, I really wanted to play on it but my parents wouldn't let me. We checked out the White House Kitchen Garden, they have a lot of things planted. They had a guy out there that would answer any questions we had. He said they work hard to keep the crops looking good and they were going to pull them up soon so they could put down summer crops. They actually cook the food up and serve it to the First Family, staff and guest. I thought that was really cool. We really took our time and enjoyed every minute of it.

4.10.12: It is official, I am an allergy suffer. I've been broken out for several days now. My ears neck and face and it itch like crazy. Mom has been putting some ointment on to stop the itch. I still scratch sometimes and she can tell. :( I went back to school and Kid Bridge today and came home with a swollen eye. My allergies are that bad and it doesn't help that I was outside playing in the dirt and rubbing my eye. By the time I got home my eye was swollen up big time. I went to Hapmudo and then dad got me some eye drops. I hope my eye is back to normal by morning.

4.8.12: HAPPY EASTER! Today is Easter and mom dressed me and Nori up in bunny ears.  We rode down to the National Mall to walk around and enjoy the weather. We checked out the new M.L.K. Jr. Memorial and went past what used to be really pretty cherry blossoms.

3.31. - 4.4.12: Today my family and I set out on our Spring Break vacation. We drove 10hrs to Atlanta, Georgia. This is also my baby sister's first vacation. Dad did most of the driving but Mom helped a little too. While they drove I watched movies on the DVD player, played my Nintendo DS and watched more movies and listened to music on my MP3 Player. My sister did pretty well on the ride; I had to make sure she had her pacifier when she needed it. The last hr of the trip she screamed her head off.  While in Atlanta we did a lot of really cool things. Saturday: We got settled into our hotel suite which was really cool. I had my on space in the living room area. I slept on the sofa bed each night and I had on my own TV to watch.  We changed clothes and walked around the hotel to see what we can find. We ended up at the Lenox Mall.

Sunday: We rode around Atlanta and then Aunt Sharon-Ann, Cousin Selena, Sakou and the kids came down to see us. This was the first time they met my little sister. We went to Dave & Buster ate dinner, played games and enjoyed one another. It was great to see them.

Monday: We went down to the M. L. K. Jr. Historical Site; we got to see where he and his wife were buried, the home he was born in and a lot of other educational things. We walked around his old neighborhood as they kept the look of the area as it was back when he lived there. After that we went to the Aquarium, it is said that Atlanta has one of the best Aquarium's in the world. WOW we had no idea. It was very nice and we saw a lot of really cool things.

Tuesday: We rode around town at little more, grabbed some lunch and went to the World of Cola. They had all things Coca Cola and their related products. After that we went to a really cool place so Mom & Dad could get some Soul Food. We rode around a little more and then headed back to the hotel.

We had really long days as we wanted to get in as much of Atlanta as possible. We ate well, snapped lots of pictures, and enjoyed our vacation. I can't wait until our next one.

3.24.12: Today I received two badges from the Bowling League. My first one is for bowling a game high score of at least 75points. I bowled a 78 on January 7th. My second one is for the 200 series.

3.20.12: I MADE WHITE BELT AT HAPMUDO. I took my test and passed with flying colors. Next up yellow belt.

3.20.12: This evening Nasir tested for his white belt and got it with flying colors. Congrats Nasir, Mom, Dad and Nori are very proud of you.

3.7.12: I am officially in Hapmudo now. How do I look?

3.2.12: Today is Dr. Seuss birthday, in honor that we had Dr. Seuss Day at school. CHEESE!

2.28.12: Today I started Hapmudo; Hapmudo is "the way to combine mind and body power for World Peace". My classes are twice a week and I'm really excited about it. I've learned a lot already. Bowling will come to an end next month so this will take place of that activity.

2.25.12: Today was the Dr. Seuss Read Across America event. Mom has taken me to this event for the past three years. This time my little sister joined in on the fun. We couldn't stay the entire time because I had bowling; but I was glad I had a chance to listen to several stories. Mom took a few pictures as always.

2.17.12: We had a little awards thing at school today for the 2nd quarter. I received an award for Perfect Attendance (I've never missed a day of school EVER not in K or 1st grade), Moving on Up (means proficient or in progress in all subjects), and a Red Hot Reader award for reading 46 books and exceeding expectations. (Kudos to Mom as she does my reading with me)

2.14.12: Happy Valentine's Day! We didn't do anything fancy but Dad showed us all love. He had flowers delivered for Mom & Nori and I got some chocolates.
Then dad came home and cooked us all dinner. I really enjoyed the salmon he made; he should make that for us more often.

Grandma wasn't feeling well so she spent the night with us.

2.4.12: I got a new game high score of 93!!

2.3.12: I lost another tooth today. I got into it with a kid at after care and my already loose tooth was knocked out.

1.28.12: I went to the Car Show with Unc, Jasmine & Kameryn. We had a good time...

1.28.12: I have been in a Kid's Bowling League since September. I bowl three games back to back every Saturday. (Feel free to come out and watch me sometime, just let Mom & Dad know.) Today I beat my previous high score, my new high score is 87. I've made a lot of progress in the 4 months I've been bowling. I started out with a 6lb ball and now I've moved on to the 7lb and I've advanced two lanes up. I didn't know I would enjoy bowling so much.

This is the score board from a game in October. My high then was #77 points

This was one of my first games, I was on lane #5 & #6 here, now I'm on lane #9 & #10

1.12.12: I AM OFFICIALLY A BIG BROTHER!!!! Her name is Nori Michelle Robinson. She was born at 5:10AM at 6lbs 8oz, 20inches long. My parents say she looks a lot like me as a baby. I got to hold her and she is really small but cute. I can't wait until she is big enough to play with me. I couldn't stay long because I had to go to school but I was glad I was there for her arrival.

1.7.12: It has been a really long time since my site has been updated. In the almost 2 years a lot has gone on. I am in the First grade now, I went to Disney World for the first time, I can use the toaster to make my own breakfast, I can fix my own cereal. At my last physical (this summer) I was 49lbs and 48 inches. I'm growing tall and my pediatrician actually things I could be as tall as 5'11. I'm not sure about all of that but before I was only going to be 5'7. This fall I started in a kids bowling league. That has been a lot of fun, so far my highest game score is 78 points and my average is 59 points.

The biggest news is that I AM GOING TO BE A BIG BROTHER!!! My SISTER is due January 25, 2012!!! I've been asking for a sibling for a long time and seven years later I will finally get one. My parents let me go to the sonogram appointment to find out what the babies gender was going to be. Ever since they told me I was going to be a big brother I insisted it was going to be a baby sister. Mostly because that is what I've always wanted. WELL I WAS RIGHT! I am looking forward to reading to her and teaching her all kind of things.  Stay tuned... I hope to update more often.
